Server Console Problem - Android0504 - 04.02.2012

Hello!

My friend host an test server from his computer and it is on online list and I can connect to it,but I wanted to create remote console and I follow that tutoriral : https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Remote_Console then I run it typed all correct informations (IP ,rcon pass) but when I typed /rcon say or something else and pressed enter it happend nothing.

So,does someone have some other way so it will work.

All commands will work without "/" and you cant chat , its only for managing the server without going in-game.
