he means you go to
SAMP Wiki
to learn scripting. and Releasing your scripting after you script is bad, it depends from you. (sorry for bad english)

Check out the link i gave.Read the thread.Refer to the resources given there.If you still can't understand then hire a teacher to teach you PAWN in place of cash.
