Your system is built really easily, I mean, it could be much more advanced.
I guess that the problem can be found in the dini part, which is complicated and slow.

My suggestion: replace it with variables. You can also get a gang system and make it saved with files.

You need to know how to script one... and i'm pretty sure that no one is going to script it for you.
Just search for a system and learn from it.
