Heres my question:

1.) How to check if player are jacked by other player?

2.) How to check if player are crash to wall/water or etc...

3.) How to Lock a vehicle?

1.) I mean when other player steal user's vehicle the helmet was still their

Im not sure about it but i think you have to use OnPlayerStateChange

You can't detect collision in SA:MP.

so i cannot detect the vehicle crashing? is there anyway to remove helmet everytime player crash on wall or on water. and that Player Jacked Vehicle function i don't know about that
