Why do people "demand" admin level when they join a server and If they are denied the level, they leave or might even Hack the server, Why do people ask or "demand?!"

This happends mostly in small servers just rangeban them... They are like the most crap admins of all. Admins must show that they are worth to moderate

Its not that they are only asking for admin powers...Half of new servers with downloaded gamemode are made because people want some power...
