I don't know why when i add sscanf to my include folder than i compile and try to start the server it says : Gamemode... or function not found

You need the plugin also.
Put the .dll or .so file in a folder called 'plugins' then add 'plugins sscanf' to server.cfg.

Ahhhh sscanf 7 is finally out! And I thought it won't be out in... 10-15 years. Silly me.
