Receiving admin permissions for helping you setup a server is in no way a good barter. Being an administrator is like a job, it isn't a gift or a present! Perhaps you should learn a little more about administration before trying to open a server. And since you clearly don't know anything about SA-MP servers, perhaps you could familiarize yourself with them too...
