Delate your San Andreas Multiplayer and download it again and install it ..it will be solved.....
if again so re-install your gta san andreas. thanks !

Same here, keeps crashing at loading screen tried reinstalling samp and gta sa both but still.
Found the solution!

Just change the folder name of your gta from " GTA San Andreas" to something else like "GTA San Andreas2" and then open samp it'll ask you to locate the gta_sa.exe select the folder name you changed to and tada.
