?some russian servers and ng-rp has more that 500 slots

The new 0.3d R2 server lets you have upto 800 slots.

It's basically updating your streamer and sscanf I believe to have 800 slots.

Please make sure that if you do this, that your gamemode and filterscripts have MAX_PLAYERS changed to the new number, and make sure all your plugins have been updated to this new released binary.
