There is no radio on 0.3c, if you're talking about audiostreams...

And you can disable your radio by setting the "music" volume to 0 in options (sound options)

i mean radio in game when you're in car (playback fm, k rose.....)

and by disable in mean in server not just my

you can check out world stunting v1.3 GM it has no radio but just some annoying sound playing
