Help with percentage - NaTkAkN - 24.01.2012

Hello guys, I saw a server that had put the textdraws the percentage of players involved, for example, if there are 20/45 players alone increases the percentage is 17%.
I would do it myself, but I do not know what function to use.
Help me please D:
