hello i have a windown XP 2008 R2 VPS
i wanna know how can get my server online in that
when i open samp-server.exe it isnt online (i checked from TypeFish)
so can anyone help me with it?

did you portforward the ports UDP/TCP (Diffirent) Like not together just make TCP (only in 1 ) And then make UDP(Only in 1 file)!!!Diffirent!!!

do the same steps for computer... i think its possible...
use remote desktop(a software in your pc windows) and login to your VPS ... then you will see a windows desktop... thats your VPS desktop. open cmd in your vps and type ip config. get the ip address and enter it in browser... then it requires username and password...
user :
username : admin
password: admin
and then , do the portforward from router's control panel.

You might have a firewall running, contact your VPS support agents and they should be able to assist you accordingly.

Try disabling the Windows Firewall, that should allow connectivity though it's recommended that you open the application and the ports instead of shutting the firewall down as a whole.

Most Windows VPS have closed ports which you have to open manually, so step 1
Go to your windows vps control panel
Look for a Portforward option
Click on that and Open a 7777 port on UDP
now open your server on the 7777 port and check it
