Admin COmmands Not WOrking - $lim$hady - 24.01.2012

I registered a server on volt-host its working fine BUt i when i type admin commands Example

/setlevel 1 2

It says /setlevel 1 2
Fucktion Will set a Player Admin

I Was usnig 0admin and i was having problem and now i'am using fAdmin Its still Not Working Please
Help me guyz It Works On My test Server which is Home Hosted
