Update the steamer to the latest version
Parameters:
(objectid, Float:X, Float:Y, Float:Z, Float:Speed, Float:RotX = -1000.0, Float:RotY = -1000.0, Float:RotZ = -1000.0) <- 8 parameters
Note: The parameters below are for 0.3c and older versions and should be ignored if you run the latest version of SA-MP.
Parameters:
(objectid, Float:X, Float:Y, Float:Z, Float:Speed) <- 5 parameters

I suppose the streamer already is the latest version. There's no inbuilt checking for optional parameters in Incognito's code, so you will have to explicitly specify the 3 last parameters -1000.0, -1000.0, -1000.0
