Having steam open crashes your SA-MP. - CmZxC - 22.01.2012

When your SA-MP crashes with an error message in the very beginning of the loading screen,
double check if your steam is open, it crashed the game for me.
Double check as in :
Look for steam tray icon, if it is - close it.
Open task manager and look for "Steam.exe", if it is open - kill it.
