Well on my forum how can i make if player clicks on the ip it auto opens SA-MP and adds the ip as a favourite, i forgot how to do this

put url as "samp://<iphere>"

for some reason it shows that the link is not available
i used
it changes the news to http:// automatically, how do i stop that

You'd have to change the inner code of the forum. But since you're using a free hosted forum (smfnew, right?) it is unlikely you have access to that.
