Proper vehicle system! - kLL - 21.01.2012

I've been searching all over the forums, and couldn't find a proper vehicle system, or I was too stupid.


If you do know any, that has dealerships included, please reply below, with a link, or perhaps a code.

Also, sorry for double posting, there's should be a system, that shows who owns the vehicle, and if I buy the car from the dealership, I should receive it.
