[Help]Commands - Driplex - 21.01.2012

Hello i need help with some good Owner commands.
like :
Edit cars on the map.
Creat new house/biz
creat HQ with lvl on the HQ.
creat lvl on the house.
And more...creats.for cars HQ , Faction , house , Biz.
Some one can help me with the owner commands.

I need Commands i have best GM here (like LS-RP) but i dont find the house creating COMMADNS.
can you give me some commands and i try on the server.?!

Honestly, if you can't figure out the script you're going to be using, you're better off not using it.
Is there no command in-game that lists administrator commands?

Type /ahelp, /adminhelp, /acommands, /admincommands, etc.
