It should be there in Single Player. MultiPlayer at has to be scripted in or Dynamically made.

i found one ammunation in the south of the Strip .... can you help me finding ammunations in LV or in The Desert ?

Actually, a desert eagle's round in real life can go up to 33 mm I think.

Blueberry and Palomino Creek both have an ammu-nation, Dillimore doesn't have one.
