Okay so I got some problems while runing SA:MP. Well the main problem is that my PC is giving me such a low FPS. I did /fpslimit to 90 but nothing changed. I tried searching for anything that could help me with that and I found Stream fix 2.0 that lowered my FPS problem a bit. But still I am sometimes having damn lag and my map is loading slowly
PC:
It's dual core
Ram: 4GB ram DDR3
Graphics: ATI Radeon 5600 HD [1gb of ram]
Processor: Inter® Core™ 2 Duo CPU E7500 2.93GHz 2.94Ghz
System: Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit operating sys
Well I thought it's up to my hardware but no, I installed GTA IV and I was runing it on highest settings without having any FPS problems, so as the WoW and the BF 3.
What do you think that can be a problem ?
Edit: Before this I was runing SA:MP on highest settings without having any of this issues. When I reinstalled whole San Andreas I got this problems.

I'm having the same problem.. someone told me it had something to do with Windows 7.

Other than this problem, there is another, upgrade your OS to 64 bit. It will be faster. You aren't using all 4 GB ram with 32 bit.
