how to make 2 jobs for each player in my server - darklp23 - 16.01.2012

Hello guys ,like the title is, i would like to know how to make 2 jobs for my players of my server.

So far i have when i do /stats job and job2 but the job2 show the same as the job1 and when i try to get a new job it said i already got a job and need to quit it.So is anyone know how to script this please let me know
