Searching text - Snowman12 - 12.01.2012

Hey,

I need to find a way of searching through someones text for example:

"Admin Snowman12 is hacking"

It would send this:

"Please use /report to report hackers"

or

"fuck you admin"

it would send something like this:

"Please do not insult administrators or other players."

Anyone no of a function that could help me with this? Thanks.
