Server doesn't start - janx221 - 12.01.2012

i got this error:

[Thu Jan 12 20:37:56 2012] Launching server [7982] with the following commandline:
# /home/gta221/.gameservers/samp_0/samp03svr +exec server.cfg

anyone know why?

Firewall off?Antivirus that might block it?
