-0.3d?
-server on linux or windows?
-newest plugins in use?
-did it work before or is it the first time u use this plugin?

Edit: Did you place the sscanf.dll / sscanf.so ( windows/linux) file actually in the plugins directory?

I dont know how to install it tbf
