Hello , sorry for 2 questions per day XD , so i downloaded a server from forums , to test it , i use samp 0.3d R2 , and when i start a server (Samp_server.exe) it is not connecting , Connecting to server - Server don't respond , retrying.

What can i do?

Port Forwarding allows the Internet to connect to your server using your external ip and your server port.

Search in ******* "How to Port Forward SAMP" and "What is Port Forwarding"

But if i don't forward this port , i can use only old servers?

yo mate, check the version of the server you are using SA-Mp 0.3d R2 or Sa-mp 0.3d dosent really matter , but check the server Version might be 0.3c so you need to download a new server at www.sa-mp.com and put all the files in it

Hey , the server from forum.sa-mp.com , the newest one , from top of gamemode scripts page . Aren't they new . And how can i check their version?

Make sure that you have 0.3d client installed too, download server and client again then try
