Hard to explain. I can tell you: Everything what in the include is, gets copied into the gamemode when you compile, so make sure you don't use the same arrays as in gamemodes. For the rest, you will learn it while writing libraries.

Write your script into .inc file with Notepad++, or other text editor.

Do this:
1. Right mouse click
2. New Text Document
3. Open that text document
4. Select option "Save As"
5. Save the file with name "name.inc"
6. And voila!
