Crashed at Loading - Alex100 - 07.01.2012

The game goes into Not Responding once it gets to the second samp screen. When it makes to almost completely loaded it crashes.

Single player also crashes.

How do i fix this? i just reinstalled it and patched it down to US 1.0.
