After many requests across the SA-MP forums, I have decided to paste together my car ownership & FeaR's Godfather Script.
Credits are in the script.
Also, credits to luk0r for the core (and buggy) version of the car ownership.

Car Features:
Locking: - /carlock - You can lock your vehicle from anywhere without interfering with /lock
Automatic location saving - Saves spawn location when you exit the vehicle
Stat Setting - /setstat adjusted to allow for Car stat setting

New in Version 0.1.1:
/editcarmodel added to change ingame vehicle models, however this does not change the description.
/towcar removed.
/fixcar removed.
/carupgrade removed.
/carlock upgraded. (/carlock auto now automatically locks the car when you exit)
/resethousecars removed.

New in Version 0.1.2:
/houseentrance <houseid> will change the designated house entrance to your location
/bizentrance <bizid> will change the designated business entrance to your location
/sbentrance <bizid> will change the designated sbusiness entrance to your location
/editcarmodel fixed

New in Version 0.1.3:
/carbuy fixed (Will now correctly set the vehicle key)

Dunno but I just looked through the .pwn and it sounds good apparently if your car is stolen you can track it with your mobile phone.

I tested it lightly, however I did NOT fix normal godfather bugs (EG: Fishing License).
Everything I tested works.
