[HELP] /chat animation onplayertext - Shellegg - 07.01.2012

Hello guys,

I was wondering how to create this system like LS-RP have, that when we talking in IC the character will apply the /chat animation.
The animation cannot freeze the character and the time of the animation is dependant on the "character's numbers" on the player message (example: for the Message "Hey, how you doin?" it should be like 2 seconds of animation)

And all i need is the way of doing this, i dont want some1 to do it for me, just tell me +/- how to do it please.
