Any one else cannot see my server only I can login to it...
any one tell me a solution please.

its not portforward yet. portforward will open your server port this is the one of the recommended to make players enter to your server.

search on ******* "SAMP Portforwarding" you must have some little knowledge in computer

As people above said, you have to port forward for others to be able to see your server online.
I suggest you visit port-forward.com, find your router and follow up a tutorial on how to do so.

if you already Port Forwarded Check if "Announce" in Server.cfg is 1 not 0 - And that you using a Normal IP not your Local IP which is 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.2

get your external ip through ****** and give that ip to your players.
