[HELP]Server - smashed390 - 03.01.2012

I need some help with my server,I am having it hosted by Volt-Host But it fails to load the plugins i add.
It tells me it has failed to load plugins.Either no such file or no directory.
I have the directory and the plugins but it fails.
Please help!
