I need help with Skins and permissions - Artie_Scorpion - 01.01.2012

First question is I want to know how to make a work manager give other players skins. other players must have for ex. 10k xp. But if you want to be manager. then RCON must give a manager to other player...

I hope you understood because my english is sux.

And if you can. then give me a code from your RP server script something like that.

Second question is how to make message when every player (doesn't matter or admin...) entering vehicle (every vehicle) and then writes "Welcome to vehicle..."
