This is happened to me before, with almost blank gamemode. Didn't solve it yet :S

Sorry bro, I had this bug too once I died. but I fixed it. The way I fixed it was by editing something in my code either onplayerdeath or onplayerspawn... Something weird happened to cause the player to hold a bottle, look over ur code. All I can say :/

I say its a SA-MP .3d bug. This did not happened before or during the RCs. And no, it's not script related.

Do you have a code that gives you the bottle? If yes, then try to destroy the attach in OnPlayerDeath/OnPlayerSpawn.

The bottle floats somewhere next to my head in my gamemode. It's indeed a really weird bug.

For me, this happens from before 0.3d already
