Please help me with 2 commands.../lockcar and /unlockcar for personal cars ...I will for nomal GM not for mysql,i will when i give /unlockcar to cand another player to drive with it

Thanks.Can you show me a rival war teritories for bloods+crips,nortenos+bloods,ykz+lcn(sorry for my bad english)I would be with commands,/rivalwar and with percent of possesion(Rival war possesion)ex.Bloods 22%
