I know there are gangs like the Mongols M.C., Falcones, Crips+Bloods and so on...
But I want something what has not been done before. A gang with its own business what has not been done before.

****** for Real Chinese Gangs, make 2 teams of chinese skins and give them katana's, and make your own Chinese Map and then name it ChinaTown Wars haha

Make a criminal agency that has VERY intelligent people. Pretty much a criminal hacking faction, that can rob banks and shit like that.
