It's always nice to have more RAM, so in your place I would invest in at least 2-4 GB more of RAM.

You need a better CPU, the minimum requirement is a 'Core 2 Duo' and the E5300 doesn't fall under the category, I have the E5700 and can play the game, but I lag really badly and often crash after a while.
Also, I highly doubt you have an 85 GHz card.

You need a new cpu (intel i5 2500k recommended), a new GPU (gtx 560 and over, dx11 compatible with pixel shader 5.0 and min. 1gb VRAM) more RAM (4gb recommended)

Oh yeah, and a new GPU. I'd aim for something like the eVGA GeForce GTX 550Ti.
