Scripting help - Polomikey - 28.12.2011

Hello SA:MP forums.
I want to make my gamemode from starch i made a new script but i don't know where to start
I want to spawn in LS and cars everywhere,
I opened up pawno.exe and clicked new file and i overwrited that with new.pwn.
I want to start on adding cars everywhere then start scripting commands
and is it possible to add C# functions to a PAWNO script?
I been coding C# for 3 years and i want to put C# and make a Anti-cheat function with C#
is that possible?
