Ok, the color thing that chabges is sometime normal (it show to me ever i conect to samp), one of the causes of samp crashing are the mods, i see that you have cleo mod so remove the mods and then try to conect and if doesnt work reinstall san andreas and samp.

Try right mouse button on Samp exe and go to Compatibility and Run as Administrator

You do have a mod. "cleo.asi" is a file for the CLEO mod. Remove the "cleo.asi" file, the folder "CLEO" and you should be fine. Also, remove that sobiet you got I think it's the problem. You can do so by clicking on the executable file that has "mod_sa" on part of the file name.
