Help needed error code - XMA-46 - 27.12.2011

Hey when i try to compile/run in Pawno i get this error:
C:\Users\CENCOR!\Desktop\SAMP SERVER\gamemodes\MySQL.pwn(6) : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "a_mysql"

1 Error.

Im using the following Game Mode:

Does anny 1 knows how to fix this problem??

Download the include: http://solidfiles.com/d/394/

And then put that file, in the include folder in pawno.
