It was impossible to attach on old samp. but When I found new it supports
- You can surf on objects attached to moving objects and objects attached to vehicles.
I want to attach a flag in vehicles, when someone hit the vehicle flag reattach to another vehicle.
Just like this.

I THINK There is a things like EDIT in this forum right which is for us and we can use that instead of bumping.
