Okay, so I've got some footage of SA:MP with me and a few friends. That's great, and it's uploading to *******... but see I want to monetize it (add adverts on the video), but it requires some sort of allowance from the game publishers.

Is there any allowance from SA:MP to publish this gameplay with the adverts on top? I know that other ******* members have done it, but I don't understand how they've gotten allowance.

You'd need permission from Rockstar Games, not SA:MP. SA:MP is just a modification to add networking capabilities to the game; the game itself is the intellectual property of Rockstar Games/Take Two Interactive.
