what are the different between Dynamic and Regular
And what are the different Mysql and Yini and other File Saved Bases

1) Dynamic and Regular what?
2) Y_INI, Dini etc. are file INI System (Create and manage files inside scriptfiles folder). MySQL uses table (like one in Excel) to manage data instead of .txt or .ini files.
