Hi!

In crismas present I got a new screen
a Samsung SyncMaster SA350 And I have
a hdmi cable to it. Anyway, when I installd
the drivers for it it askt me if it whas analog or digital
but I have no idea what it is so I askt here.


And also: Here is the model number: S23A350H

I happen to get the same monitor (but the 27" version), but it didn't ask me anything when I plugged it in. Just plug and play and it was ready to go. As for your question, you'd choose Digital for sure. DVI and HDMI are both digital, only VGA is still analog.

HDMI are digital. Same with DVI.
VGA are analog,

Since you use HDMI, the answer is Digital.
