I have a problem: exp: when, I #include <streamer> then I compile it says : Can not read from Streamer!why? what should I do?

did you put streamer.inc in pawn include folder??

yea i am done with the streamer, but i have zcmd.inc in pawno/include folder but when i compile with #include <zcmd> it says ERROR (Can not read from zcmd ...)

try to close pawno and reopen it then see

This happens when you put includes while keeping pawno runing
