Just noticed that http://www.pastebin.com doesn't work for me since yesterday.
If I enable hotspot shield, the website works.
I live in the United Kingdom by the way. Any idea why this has happened ?

The website will work for you again locally in the next few hours, or if you try to flush your DNS cache.
