MySQL problem. libmysqlclient_r.so.16 - Andrɘ - 23.12.2011

Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Where do i get that damn 16, and not 15, everyone keeps telling me to get 15 but i need the 16. I am using volt host.

This is really frustrating. I changed back to R6, and now i don't get any errors, but my gamemode doesnot load.
