Help! 0.3C to 0.3D - TV94 - 22.12.2011

I want to transfer my 0.3C Server to a 0.3D one. How to do it? I use Windows 7 and Server is not hosted. Thank you.

Download the windows 0.3d server package

Compile your gamemode using that server package and run it like normal

I tryied and when i enter the game it says this server did not respond.
