Spike strips for cops - Outcast - 21.12.2011

Hi there. This is one of my work that was left in my SAMP folder, and I am not using it. Basically, you can create up to 20 (default, can be changed) spike strips, that will blow the tires of the vehicle that passes over it.

The commands are:

/createstrip - create spike strip
/destroystrip - destroy the spike strip.
