[HELP] How to save Admin level/other misc - Scratch - 21.12.2011

Ive been devloping my mod from scratch. I am a neewbie in scripting but i understand some things cause ive been learning C++ a long time ago.
Ive been following this 2 tutorials for Login/Reg system and for Admin System and i dont know how to setup so Admin level saves in Users.

Second: Can someone please make some simple command that can use only admin. I have problem beacouse this /akill that is showed in tut above can use only admin lvl 0.

Sry if my english is so bad that you dont understand it. I am just another one balcanian fool.
