Helo there everyone again i need help finding the best or good Software or Online tool that can help me make a properly looking intro that has like (good quality and have like flash in it or must be very reliable) and help ?

Try Corel VideoStudio Pro X4 or Sony Vegas. Sony Vegas is for amateurs where Corel VideoStudio is for professionals. Both are very good.

And to pay way too much. TBH, amateur intros for videogames can easily be made with Windows Movie Maker.
